This Refund Policy applies to:
- Digital educational products (guides, video libraries, printable materials)
- Consulting and guidance services (discovery calls, program design, facilitated sessions)
- Structured programs and team challenges (move break packages, desk exercise libraries, enterprise plans)
- Any other paid offerings described on our Website or in a service agreement
Free informational content accessed on our Website without purchase is not subject to this Refund Policy. Initial inquiries and consultation conversations that do not involve payment are also excluded.
3. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession) purchasing at a distance (online, by email, or by telephone), you generally have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance contract law, starting from the day after you receive the product or enter into the service contract.
3.1 Digital Content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as downloadable PDFs, video access, or online program materials), the right of withdrawal expires if:
- You expressly consent to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and
- You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins
This acknowledgment is obtained at checkout or in the service agreement where applicable. If you have not given such consent and digital delivery has not begun, you may withdraw within fourteen (14) days.
3.2 Services
For consulting services and live programs, the withdrawal period ends fourteen (14) days after the contract is concluded. However, if you request that service delivery begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already rendered if you subsequently withdraw.
3.3 Exercising Withdrawal

4. Refund Eligibility by Product Type
4.1 Digital Educational Products
Refunds for digital products may be granted under the following conditions:
- Within withdrawal period: Full refund if withdrawal is valid and digital delivery has not commenced, or if consent for immediate delivery was not provided.
- Technical issues: If you cannot access purchased digital content due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve the issue within five (5) business days, a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Duplicate purchase: Accidental duplicate orders will be refunded in full upon verification.
Refunds are generally not available for digital products where delivery has commenced with your explicit consent and the content matches its description on our Website.
4.2 Consulting Services
For paid consulting engagements:
- Cancellation more than seven (7) business days before a scheduled session: full refund of session fee or free rescheduling at your choice.
- Cancellation within seven (7) business days: fifty percent (50%) of the session fee may be retained to cover preparation time, unless we can reallocate the slot.
- No-show without prior notice: session fee is non-refundable.
- If we cancel a session: full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
4.3 Programs and Team Packages
For multi-week programs and enterprise packages governed by a separate service agreement:
- Refund terms are specified in the individual agreement signed before program commencement.
- Generally, cancellations before program start date receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
- Cancellations after program commencement are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with partial refunds reflecting unused portions of the program.
- Materials already delivered and accessed may affect the refundable amount.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds except where required by mandatory consumer law:
- Services fully delivered in accordance with the agreed scope
- Digital content accessed or downloaded with your explicit prior consent to waive the withdrawal period
- Custom-developed materials created specifically for your organization after work has commenced
- Third-party fees or licenses procured on your behalf
- Gift purchases redeemed by the recipient (subject to the recipient's consumer rights)
6. Business Customers
If you purchase as a business entity (B2B), the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal right for consumers does not apply unless explicitly stated in your service agreement. Refund terms for business purchases are governed by the specific contract between parties. We encourage business clients to review agreement terms carefully before confirming purchases.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:

- Include your full name, order or invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for the request
- For digital products, specify whether content has been accessed or downloaded
- For services, include the scheduled date and type of service booked
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days and provide a decision within fourteen (14) business days. Complex cases involving enterprise agreements may require additional review time, which we will communicate promptly.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase. If this is not possible (e.g., expired card), we will arrange an alternative method such as bank transfer.
- Timeline: Refunds are initiated within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear in your account.
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
- Partial refunds: Where partial refunds apply, we will provide a clear breakdown of the calculation.
We do not charge refund processing fees for valid refund requests. However, any bank or currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment processors are outside our control.
9. Defective or Misdescribed Products
